Solo Meeting How To:

Welcome & Grounding 15 Mins

REMEMBER: Your team can do this however you wish! These are just suggestions if you’re wanting more structure.

Step One:
With the end of term nearing, it can be easy to get lost in all the to-dos, exams, reports, papers etc. Take a moment to get connected to what ending this term well would look like to you. In addition to the grades you want, what else would contribute to ending this term well?

Step Two: Get into triads or pairs: share with your small group the answer to the above question.

Step Three: What yearning would it fulfil to end this semester well on your terms? Remember yearnings are universal, they are the driving force behind our dreams and decisions.
