Why? Because we have been there, and on many days we are still there. Stuck, unsure, anxious, uncomfortable, and shut down. And we know that is ok, we are human and those days, hours and moments are normal. We also know we have the community and the tools to be lit up, full of feeling, giddy, grounded, and open.
Boom Assembly creates space and conversations for people and teams to show up however and where ever they are in that moment. We are real with you, we trust our ability to connect and support you with whatever is coming up. We join you in the dance of discovering the edge of what is next. Growing into the areas of your life that feel uncomfortable, being with yourself and others in a way that taps you into that high on life feeling.

We recognize that as a place of gathering and education, it is the work of FAM to hold space for conversations that explore and expand and our understanding of what it means to be human. Welcoming everyone to our space regardless of their education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.
As an organization dedicated to creating community and supporting personal leadership and collective growth, we stand into the task of unlearning systems and ways of being that do not support equity and do not allow people to thrive.
We are calling for and working towards structural change and recognize the countless voices of individuals and organizations that are doing the same. We humbly add our voice to this chorus and know we probably won’t get the words right every time.
